Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or the services behind it.
What the Digital Twin is
The Digital Twin is a software tool that answers questions using my published frameworks. It is a way to get a first opinion, quickly, for free.
What the Digital Twin is not
This is the important part, so I will be blunt about it. The Digital Twin is not:
- legal, tax, accounting, medical, or investment advice;
- a formal engagement with me or any firm;
- a substitute for a licensed professional who knows your specific facts;
- guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
It gives general guidance based on published frameworks. It does not know your numbers, your contracts, your legal exposure, or your market position. Any decision you take based on its output is yours to take, and yours to own.
No guarantee of availability
The Digital Twin is offered free and as-is. It may be unavailable, may change, or may be withdrawn at any time without notice. I do not promise uninterrupted access, and I do not promise any particular result from using it.
Paid engagements
Advice through the Digital Twin is free. Execution work is paid, and it begins only under a written proposal that states the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and the fee, signed by both of us. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of engagement, and a conversation or a submission does not create a client relationship.
Books and third-party links
My books are sold through Notion Press, Amazon and Flipkart. Those purchases are governed by the seller's own terms, prices, and return policies. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for them.
Intellectual property
The text, frameworks, diagrams, and design on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. The names of my frameworks, including the Architectural Scaling Framework, VEGA, Safe Sigma, and the Business Loop, are my work. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not copy substantial parts of it, resell it, or present it as your own.
Content you send to the Digital Twin remains yours. You give me permission only to process it in order to answer you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the Digital Twin, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top will change when I do, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
